My language learning journey
Even before English became a subject in school, I got to learn some English words through -you guessed it, video games. E ven when I didn’t fully understand what was going on, it helped me start recognizing common words and phrases. At the time, I didn’t even think of it as learning. It was just part of the fun, and that made it easier to absorb the language naturally. Looking back, I think the most important part of learning a new language is your own interest and motivation. If you actually want to learn something , it becomes easier, even when it’s challenging. The second key thing , for me at least is consistency. D oing a little bit every day adds up over time. I find there ’ s no need to spend hours studying but just stay ing connected to the language regularly makes a big difference .
